1. About MåneSmedja

2. Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
This confirmation contains all information about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at butik@manesmedja.com.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are SEK 59. Free shipping for orders over SEK 700. This only applies within Sweden.
Shipping costs within the EU are 149 SEK (up to 250g) and 215 SEK (up to 1kg). Free shipping for orders over SEK 1500.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are 119,20 SEK (up to 250g) and 172 SEK (up to 1kg). Free shipping for orders over SEK 1500.

For international orders, additional charges such as customs, VAT, and other taxes may apply. All customs costs and other fees/taxes are charged to the customer.
4. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3–5 days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
Should there be any delivery delays (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at butik@manesmedja.com.
For unclaimed packages, we charge a return shipping and handling fee of SEK 250 per order. If the item is reshipped after non-collection, additional shipping fees will apply.
We are not responsible for missed notifications. In these cases, contact the respective shipping company.
We are not responsible for incorrect address information in the order, which results in the customer not being informed or notified of the package’s arrival or the package cannot be delivered.
To reduce our climate impact, our deliveries may be made in recycled boxes.
5. Prices
All prices in the shop are listed in SEK.
All prices in the shop are listed in SEK and include 12% VAT.
The 12% VAT applies to orders in Sweden.
For orders from the EU, prices will be calculated at checkout with the country-specific VAT rate.
For orders from Switzerland, prices will be displayed at the checkout without VAT.
We reserve the right to make price changes due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and pricing errors due to incorrect information.
6. Return policy
Every essence we ship is individually hand-filled for each customer. Therefore, there is no right of cancellation, and all essences and essence mixtures cannot be returned (both are custom-made products).
7. Complaints
If the item is faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately via email butik@manesmedja.com and provide us your name, address, email address, order number, and a picture/description of the defect/damage.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is found to be non-defective according to applicable consumer protection laws.
You must always contact us for authorization before returning a defective item.
8. Limitation of Liability
We assume no liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product.
We assume no liability for the effectiveness of a specific product for a specific health condition. No product can be considered a substitute for medical care, a healthy lifestyle, and a balanced diet. Physical symptoms were deliberately omitted from the product description; if the heart is mentioned, the emotional/energetic heart is meant. We always recommend contacting a therapist/doctor in case of illness.
We cannot be held liable for adverse effects or damage resulting from improper use/unintended application of the products.

11. Disputes and Choice of Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the “Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden,” see arn.se.
Residents of an EU country other than Sweden may submit complaints online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decisions of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Swedish law.
