All essences and the personal mixture are a wonderful guidance on your personal journey, to support self-development and to harmonize body, mind and soul. Furthermore, they are a great support for yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies/rituals, sit spot practice, breath work etc. and gently and effectively underline these practices.

Each essence has a short description with a key message and further keywords relating to its areas of application. Of course, they have even more to offer and invite you to pay attention to your own resonance, i.e., it’s best to simply choose those that attract you in their own special way. And if too many at once appeal to you, we recommend creating a personal mixture.

There are various methods for applying the essences // personal mixtures; here are a few examples of how you can use them most effectively for yourself.

For vibrational remedies to be effective, it’s not the quantity that matters, but rather the regularity of use.

direct

• take approximately 3-5 drops directly into the mouth

• repeat this at least 3 times a day (or more often if needed)

glass of water/glass bottle

• add approximately 5 drops to a glass of water or a glass bottle of water and wait a while for the vibration to spread by itself
• it is important not to stir with a metal spoon or similar (metal disrupts the vibration)
• drink in small sips throughout the day

acute

• in acute cases such as shock/anxiety, insomnia, etc., the dose can be repeated at intervals of 10-15 minutes

local

• if the essences are being used for a specific body part, in addition to internal use, a few drops can also be applied directly to the body part and gently massaged in (e.g., in the area of ​​scars/scar tissue, etc.) -> DO NOT get into the eyes or similar areas!

bathwater

• in addition to internal use the essences can also be added to bathwater. This is a wonderful way to support body, mind and soul, the energy system and the subtle bodies.
• add approximately 5-10 drops into the bathwater
• here it is important that no other bath additives are used

yoga & meditation

• all essences and the personal mixture are also excellent for supporting the yoga practice and/or meditation
• they can be taken directly before, or can be applied to or massaged into parts of the body (chakras, meridians, third eye, palms of the hands, soles of the feet, navel, etc.)

cacao ceremony

• all essences and the personal blends are also excellent for supporting cacao ceremonies and add to your cacao that certain something. It’s a great combination because the essences can unfold optimal thanks to the heart-opening effect of the cacao
• add approximately 5 drops to the cacao and wait a while for the vibration to spread by itself
• it is important not to stir with a metal spoon or similar (metal disrupts the vibration)
• they can also be applied to or massaged into parts of the body (chakras, meridians, third eye, palms of the hands, soles of the feet, navel, etc.)

children

• the essences are also suitable for children and can be administered as described above

imortant! for children under 5 years, we recommend not exceeding 3 drops 3 times a day (due to the alcohol content). If more frequent administration is necessary, the drops can be diluted in a little water. This makes it possible to administer the essences more frequently, even to children.

pregnancy and lactation period

• during pregnancy and lactation period, we recommend using the essences only after consulting a therapist // doctor

animals

• the essences are also suitable for animals
• for animals, they can also be administered directly into the mouth (if possible); 3 drops, at least 3 times a day (or more often as needed)

important! for cats and small animals, we recommend not exceeding 3 times 3 drops a day (due to the alcohol content). If more frequent administration is necessary, the drops can be diluted in a little water. This makes it possible to administer the essences more frequently even to cats and small animals

• the drops can also be added to drinking water; the bowl should be made of glass or ceramic
• the drops can also be administered over food. Here, too, the bowl should be made of glass or ceramic. Ensure that the food with the drops is eaten immediately and not left standing for too long

plants

• plants also appreciate the support of the essences; simply add a few drops to the irrigation water
• add approximately 5 drops regularly to the irrigation water or directly to the soil. Depending on the situation, one can also add a few drops of the essence to a spray bottle filled with water and mist the plant

duration of use

• the duration of use is very individual.
• to work on specific topics, it is advisable to take the essences over a longer period (2-3 months or longer).
• in acute situations, however, the essences can also provide short-term support.
• they can also be a wonderful enrichment to special moments (e.g., cacao ceremonies, yoga, meditation, sit spot and breathing exercises, etc.) or rituals

storage instructions

• for safe storage of the essences, it is important that the bottles are not stored near mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, computers, TVs, etc., and that they are not too long exposed to direct sunlight or heat
