☕️ Recipe

Ingredients for one cup:

approx. 20g ceremonial cacao (if you’re using a cacao block, chop it into small, fine pieces)
200ml plant-based milk (e.g., oat milk)
3-5 drops of an energetic essence

optional

agave or date syrup or coconut blossom sugar
a pinch of salt
spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, chili
adaptogens such as medicinal mushrooms (e.g. hericium), ashwagandha, etc.

Preparation:

varm the plant-based milk and making sure it doesn’t boil!
add the cacao and any optional ingredients
stir mindfully and carefully until the cacao is completely melted. If you use a milk frother, the cacao will become beautifully creamy. And if you like, you can now set an intention for yourself and your cacao ritual while stirring.
pour the cacao into a mug
add 3-5 drops of an energetic essence of your choice. Wait a while for the vibration to spread by itself or gently swirl the mug. -> it is important NOT to stir with a metal spoon or similar (metal disrupts the vibration)
take your time and enjoy the cacao in a peaceful setting. Drink it mindfully, slowly, and in small sips, with gratitude. Conscious breathing and intentions/affirmations can help you connect with the here and now, your cacao, and the essences

In addition, the essences for your cacao ritual/ceremony can also be applied to or massaged into specific parts of the body (chakras, meridians, third eye, palms of the hands, soles of the feet, navel, etc.).
